BEST SOLUTION MANPOWER PTE. LTD. seeks a Midnight Shift Supervisor to manage overnight operations, ensuring staff productivity and workflow continuity during non-business hours. You will coordinate an overnight team, monitor progress, and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, tracking attendance and performance, maintaining SOPs, documenting incidents and handovers, and resolving late-night issues or inquiries to hand over to day management.

Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Lead, assign tasks to, and monitor overnight team members, including tracking attendance and performance.
• Workflow Oversight: Monitor production targets, service delivery, or facility operations to ensure efficient task completion before the morning shift.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, security, and safety standard operating procedures (SOPs) throughout the facility.
• Incident & Handover Reporting: Document shift performance, equipment issues, and operational bottlenecks to brief incoming day management.
• Problem Solving: Handle late-night operational issues, customer inquiries, or emergency escalations independently.
