Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience with night shift or 24/7 operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with WMS/ERP systems.
• Physically able for warehouse work.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays on rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee midnight shift warehouse and logistics operations.
• Manage inbound/outbound, order processing, inventory, and dispatch accuracy.
• Coordinate with day shift for continuity and smooth handovers.
• Enforce safety, security, and compliance standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Lead warehouse staff and forklift operators during off-hours.
• Troubleshoot delays, system errors, or manpower shortages.
• Maintain records using WMS/TMS/ERP.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate goals.
• Work weekends/public holidays on rotating schedule.
