Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at the west site, ensuring efficient output, quality standards, and high team performance.

You will plan and coordinate workflows to meet targets, supervise operators and line leaders, monitor processes and safety, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while complying with regulatory and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing operators and line leaders.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or high-tech environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage operations independently and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet targets, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to team members, including scheduling and overtime management.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Lead, motivate, and manage team performance, training, and development.
• Ensure workplace safety, security, and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain product quality by identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and preventing non-conformities.
• Support process improvements, equipment optimization, and new project initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and environmental guidelines.
