Job summary

Lokal Space SG is seeking a supervisor to lead cleaning staff across various sites in Singapore. The role focuses on shifting coordination, safety, and on-the-job training to ensure service standards and client satisfaction.

The position requires coordinating daily tasks, addressing complaints, and ensuring punctuality and discipline among team members. Flexible with shifts, including midnights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to work midnight shift.
• OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients.
• At least 2 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery.
• Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Check on staff punctuality and discipline.
• Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients.
