Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking an Overnight Chef de Partie to drive the kitchen during night hours, delivering exceptional In-Room Dining experiences and preparing the hotel for the day ahead.

You will work independently, own your station, and maintain culinary standards that define Four Seasons, ensuring quality, consistency and a memorable guest experience through meticulous execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with a luxury hospitality brand.
• Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Own overnight kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality in-room dining orders with consistency.
• Set up the morning team for success through meticulous breakfast mise en place.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise waste through planning.
• Support menu development, specials and seasonal offerings.
• Communicate with culinary and service teams regarding guest requests.
• Support team members and foster a positive culture.
• Ensure all equipment, stations and storage areas are maintained to high standards.
• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
