SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED, an established audit and advisory firm in Singapore, invites applications for an Outsource Accounting Manager in its outsourcing arm. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end accounting services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Based at Bendemeer, this role requires 5+ years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure, and a diploma/degree in accounting or ACCA. Salary up to S$5,000 plus performance bonus.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills, with sound knowledge of Singapore accounting and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of 6 Bookkeepers and Accounting Executives to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of client accounts across various industries, ensuring timely and accurate accounting services.
• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Review financial statements, management reports and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, addressing accounting queries and resolving escalated matters.
• Monitor team performance, allocate workloads and ensure timely delivery of client assignments.
• Drive process improvements, streamline accounting workflows and implement automation using accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including ACRA, IRAS and CPF.

They are currently seeking to hire an Outsource Accounting Manager for their affiliated outsourcing arm — a professional accounting services firm providing end-to-end finance, payroll, and compliance support to businesses. The salary is up to $5,000 + performance bonus.

Working Location: Bendemeer (5 mins walk from MRT station)

Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary: up to $5,000
