Job summary

ROEDL OUTSOURCING LLP in Singapore is seeking a qualified accounting professional to join our client accounting team. You will perform bookkeeping, management accounts, statutory reporting, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore rules.

You will also prepare GST filings, tax forms, and payroll details, support clients during audits, and grow with a dynamic team under a manager. The role demands attention to detail and strong communication.

Qualifications

• A degree in accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3.5 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm (BPO/Client Accounting).
• Proficient with accounting software.
• Meticulous with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Singapore requirements on accounting, GST and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to team members.
• Book-keeping and preparation of management accounts.
• Preparation of statutory report (financial statements and notes to the accounts).
• Preparation of custom reporting packages based on client requirements.
• Where clients are audited, provide support with respect to services provided to the client.
• Cash management and payment processing.
• GST preparation and filing.
• Payroll processing.
• Preparation of payroll details (including calculation of OT, allowances etc.).
• Payroll disbursement.
• Leave management.
• Preparation of IR8A and IR21.
• Work independently under team manager.
• Propose resolution steps for issues that may arise with clients.
