Job summary

BLCK HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced outlet operations lead to manage rosters, hiring, training, SOP enforcement, inventory control, maintenance, and sales initiatives across the outlet.

You will support HR functions, review reports, participate in strategy meetings, foster a positive culture, and ensure compliance with group SOPs. Operating hours include night shifts 9pm-6am and 11pm-8am, six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during shifts
• Recruit and train staff to meet operational standards and company culture
• Enforce SOPs and retrain staff to maintain compliance and quality
• Update SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement group SOPs, mandates and instructions consistently
• Drive sales initiatives during operations to achieve targets
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely ordering for low-stock items
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure outlet functionality
• Review closing and monthly reports for accuracy and insights
• Participate in weekly and monthly strategy meetings to align outlet goals with group objectives
• Foster a positive team morale and promote an inclusive culture
• Support HR by tracking attendance, leave, OIL, and MC
• Ensure prompt stock ordering and inventory availability
• Develop operational improvements and sales growth ideas to enhance performance
• Operating hours: Opening 9pm-6am, Closing 11pm-8am, 6 days a week

Job Summary

Manage outlet operations by rostering, hiring, training staff, enforcing SOPs, overseeing inventory and maintenance, driving sales, and supporting HR functions to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-performing team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during shifts
• Recruit and train staff to meet operational standards and company culture
• Enforce and retrain staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain compliance and quality
• Update SOPs as needed to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement group SOPs, mandates, and instructions consistently within the outlet
• Drive sales initiatives during operations to achieve outlet and group sales targets
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely ordering for low-stock items including alcohol and miscellaneous supplies
• Oversee maintenance activities such as air conditioning servicing, pest control, and ad-hoc repairs to ensure outlet functionality
• Maintain smooth and efficient outlet operations at all timesEnsure all staff strictly adhere to company SOPs and policies
• Review and manage closing and monthly operational reports for accuracy and insights
• Participate actively in weekly and monthly strategy meetings to align outlet goals with group objectives
• Foster a positive team morale and promote a healthy, inclusive company culture
• Support HR by tracking staff attendance, leave, off-in-lieu (OIL), and medical certificates (MC)
• Ensure prompt stock ordering to prevent out-of-stock situations and maintain inventory availability
• Develop and propose operational improvements and sales growth ideas to enhance outlet performance
  Operating timing: Opening (9pm-6am), Closing (11pm-8am) 6 days a week
