Job summary

YOCHI ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Venue Leader to create exceptional customer experiences by running a seamless venue operation. You will lead a strong customer service focus, drive quality standards, manage people, and ensure a safe working environment while achieving commercial results.

You will model service excellence, train and coach staff, manage inventory and product knowledge, recruit and onboard, and partner with operations on venue marketing and planning to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Model ideal customer service standards and ensure team commitment
• Deliver service-based training and coaching for Team Members and leaders
• Manage all food inventory to maximise sales and profitability
• Drive high product knowledge through training
• Lead and manage all team members through the employment lifecycle
• Recruit and onboard new team members as required
• Record and act upon hazards in the venue
• Provide feedback and ongoing coaching to improve product quality, knowledge, and service skills
• Implement performance management plans for underperforming staff
• Collaborate with operations on venue business planning including local marketing and Communi-Chi
