Job summary

Sino Culinary Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, maintain service excellence and lead the outlet team to meet corporate targets.

You will coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house, ensure SOP compliance, and foster a positive guest experience. You will manage staff scheduling, monitor performance, ensure food quality and hygiene, handle cash and POS, and report to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, retail or outlet management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sales and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• F&B / Chinese cuisine experience is an advantage.
