Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in F&B, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and assist management in achieving sales targets.
• Drive promotional activities and initiatives to increase outlet revenue.
