Job summary

T.H.G Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking two motivated Outdoor Sales Executives in Singapore to manage the sales and rental of generators, air compressors, welding machines and aerial platforms. You will develop new customers, maintain contractor relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to close deals.

The role requires diploma or sales experience, good communication, and the ability to work independently. Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant sales experience.
• Experience in construction equipment, machinery rental or related industries preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Class 3 driving licence required.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies and industrial clients
• Follow up on enquiries and recommend suitable equipment solutions
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close deals
• Coordinate with the indoor sales and operations teams
• Achieve sales targets and generate repeat business
