Job summary

EPOS is expanding its outbound sales team in Singapore and seeking an ambitious SDR to identify and engage SME merchants. You will drive prospecting via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, build a robust pipeline, and qualify leads for the Merchant Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and engaging SME merchants through outbound channels.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline across industries.
• Experience qualifying leads and scheduling product demonstrations.
• CRM experience and accurate activity records.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with business owners.
• Multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) optional.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage prospective SME merchants through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting across industries such as F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare, Services, and more.
• Understand merchants' business operations, challenges, and payment needs.
• Introduce EPOS' POS systems, payment solutions, and value-added services to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on predefined sales criteria and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the Merchant Acquisition team.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and account-based initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
