Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase lead generation.
• Support creation of sales tools and workflows to optimise telemarketing.
• Mentor peers and lead with a performance mindset in the contact centre.
• Tailor insurance solutions to meet customer needs and requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by conveying product benefits and features.
• Initiate outbound calls and emails to policyholders before renewal dates.
• Aim for persistency and retention targets as set by the company.
• Handle inquiries from insurance customers promptly and retain customers requesting cancellation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
