Job summary

Business Show Media in Singapore is hiring a driven Sales Executive to lead outbound B2B outreach for our events portfolio. You will contact business owners, present exhibition opportunities, and close deals to grow exhibitor and sponsorship sales.

This office-based role offers a SGD 3,000 monthly base plus uncapped commission. Realistic Year 1 OTE SGD 70,000–80,000, with top performers earning SGD 120,000+. Mandarin or Cantonese helps when engaging with Asian markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B sales is advantageous.
• Comfortable with proactive outbound sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through proactive outbound sales activity.
• Identifying and engaging prospective exhibitors and sponsors.
• Contacting business owners, founders and senior decision-makers.
• Presenting exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
• Understanding client objectives and commercial requirements.
• Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Following up with prospective clients.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
• Working closely with the wider commercial team.
