Job summary

InternSG is seeking an Outbound Sales Intern to drive targeted outreach into Education businesses in Singapore, leveraging an AI agent to scale and sharpen outreach. You’ll qualify leads, refine strategy, and handle the human closing steps.

You’ll direct AI-assisted outreach, review messaging, and take over qualified conversations to book discovery calls and demos. Mentorship from the founding team and hands-on experience await.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree, or recent graduate looking for internship opportunity.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Curious about working with AI tools, not just using them passively.
• Organised, self-driven, comfortable working with targets.
• Prior sales/BD internship experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists within Education
• Direct our AI agent to run first-touch outreach (LinkedIn, email) at scale
• Review and refine AI-generated outreach messaging to improve response rates
• Take over qualified conversations to book discovery calls/demos
• Track outreach activity and outcomes in our CRM
