Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in systems integration, application delivery, DevOps, cloud engineering or production support for large-scale digital services.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end BSS integration and service delivery for OTT services.
• Support integration and testing between OTT platforms and BSS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service provisioning and integration issues in cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including runbooks and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with Product and IT teams to improve delivery processes and automation.
