Job summary

Coinut is seeking an OTC Sales Executive to drive our OTC trading business in Singapore. You will identify potential clients, leverage your crypto network, and tailor solutions to their trading needs. You will execute trades, ensure timely settlements, and collaborate with the trading desk to optimize pricing and execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in OTC sales or strong sales in brokerage/Web3, with solid communication skills and a passion for blockchain technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in OTC Sales Trader or strong sales in brokerage/Web3.
• Understanding of OTC lifecycle, pricing, and counterparties.
• Crypto/financial services experience with high-volume operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in crypto sales/trading; traditional finance a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional environment.

As an OTC Sales Executive at Coinut, you will play a pivotal role in driving our OTC trading business by building and nurturing client relationships, expanding our client base, and executing OTC trades. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales trader to leverage their network in the cryptocurrency industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients to grow our OTC trading business.
• Leverage your existing network and industry connections to attract high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Execute OTC trades efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
• Collaborate with the trading desk to optimize trade execution and pricing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry news to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Monitor and report on trading volumes, trends, and market developments.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the OTC trading department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant
• 2+ years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial industry, or candidates with a strong sales background in brokerage or Web3 business development.
• Good understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, OTC pricing and execution methods, and the different roles of exchanges, liquidity providers, prime brokers, etc.
• Prior experience with counterparty relationship management in a crypto/financial services company with high-volume and complex operations (multiple products, multiple geographies).
• Strong interest and curiosity in blockchain technology, crypto/digital assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
• Experience in Sales/trading in crypto, with traditional finance background as a plus.
• Ability to work in a highly fast-paced, cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scale objectives
