Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in OTC trading, FX trading, crypto markets, market making, or sales trading.
• Proven track record executing large and complex OTC transactions.
• Strong understanding of FX, crypto liquidity, pricing mechanics, spreads, and settlement flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale OTC trading across crypto, FX, and stablecoins with robust risk controls.
• Own OTC trading P&L, inventory exposure, and hedging performance.
• Define pricing models, liquidity access, and execution structures for clients.
• Partner with product and engineering to build OTC systems and automation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing OTC trading team.
