Job summary

OCBC Property Services in Singapore is seeking an Operations Technology (OT) Manager to lead the lifecycle, performance and reliability of OT systems supporting building operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors and tech partners to ensure security, resilience and regulatory compliance, while driving digital transformation to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in managing Operational Technology (OT) or smart building tech.
• Strong knowledge of building systems such as BMS, CCTV, and EACS.
• Experience with vendor management and technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing lifecycle, performance, and reliability of OT systems.
• Overseeing systems like BMS, CPOS, CCTV, EACS, carpark management and other building tech.
• Ensuring OT systems comply with cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Leading risk assessments, audits, vulnerability remediation, and resilience initiatives for OT assets.
• Managing vendors, service providers, and maintenance partners to meet SLAs.
• Driving system upgrades, technology refresh and digital transformation.
• Monitoring system performance, availability, and incident resolution.
• Establishing governance and documentation for compliant system management.
