Job summary

HTX in Singapore seeks an experienced OT automation professional to drive the conceptualisation and implementation of automation solutions for homeland security. You will oversee projects across the Corrections & Narcotics Programme Management Centre, coordinating with HTDs, vendors and stakeholders to deliver operational, compliant systems.

You will manage post-deployment sustainment, ensure availability, and deliver on time, with manpower savings achieved through innovative technology.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related S&T discipline.
Experience in robotics and automation, OT-ICT integration or assets preferred.
Strong project management and coordination capabilities across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive conceptualisation and implementation of OT automation solutions across Home Team Departments.
Plan timelines, budgets and deliverables for successful deployment and operationalisation.
Develop technical specifications and documentations, including contractual terms.
Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely, within-scope delivery and quality.
Lead discussions with HTDs to shape automation roadmaps and requirements.
Coordinate post-deployment sustainment for maintenance and continuity.
