Job summary

Kmc O and M is seeking a seasoned professional to lead OT/ICS security operations, ISMS governance, and risk management across critical OT environments in Singapore. The role emphasizes vulnerability management, audit coordination, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure regulatory and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations such as CSA CCOP, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, EMA/PSO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT/OT operations, including networks, systems, endpoints, and cybersecurity tools.
• Maintain ISMS and conduct annual reviews of policies and documentation.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for CII systems and manage vulnerability/patch management for OT/ICS.
• Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and coordinate audit programs.
• Plan and oversee cybersecurity technology upgrades, reviews, and project implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are met.
