Job summary

SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking an OT security professional to design, implement, and manage security solutions across OT environments in compliance with NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27.

You will perform security assessments, develop OT Security as a Service offerings, and provide expert pre-sales technical consultation to customers. The role involves managing Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and hybrid cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or IEC 62443 are an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in OT security or network security, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or utilities.
• Strong understanding of NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 standards.
• Knowledge of ICS/SCADA and OT security risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Admins network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, segmentation.
• Supports hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure) across on-prem, cloud, edge.
• Monitors systems, troubleshoots issues, ensures high availability and reliability.
• Handles incident management, root-cause analysis, SLA-based resolution.
• Updates architecture diagrams, configurations, and SOPs; collaborates cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, implements, and manages OT security solutions in compliance with NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 standards.


• Conducts security assessments and audits of OT environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.


• Develops and establishes OT Security as a Service offerings, including service packages, pricing structures, and delivery models.


• Engages customers and provides expert technical consultation on OT security best practices to enhance overall security posture.


• Collaborates with internal teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.


• Creates and maintains comprehensive security documentation, including policies, procedures, and system configurations.


• Manages and supports Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V), and endpoint systems.


• Administers network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and network segmentation.


• Supports hybrid cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, across on-premise, cloud, and edge deployments.


• Monitors systems, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures high availability and system reliability.


• Handles incident management, performs root cause analysis, and ensures SLA-based resolution.


• Maintains up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.


• Works closely with IT team members and other departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or IEC 62443 are an added advantage.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) security or network security, preferably in the manufacturing, energy, or utilities sectors.


• Strong understanding of NIST, IEC 62443, and IACS UR 26/27 standards and guidelines.


• Solid knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.


• In-depth understanding of OT security risks, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.


• Hands-on experience managing OT security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanning tools in industrial environments.


• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, configurations, and best practices.


• Experience with risk management and compliance requirements in OT environments.


• Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.


• Experience with Windows Server and Windows operating systems.


• Hands-on experience working with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
