Aster is seeking an experienced OT Engineer to support reliability, safety and continuous improvement of the plant's OT and control systems within the Instrumentation Department in Singapore. You will contribute to upgrading critical automation systems (DCS, SIS, FGS) and lifecycle management of OT assets, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You will collaborate with OT Security, maintenance teams, vendors and engineers to drive project execution, update technical documentation and MOC

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Network/Automation Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in IT/OT, industrial control systems, automation, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Proven experience implementing cybersecurity solutions for process automation systems and OT networks.
• IEC 62443 knowledge is a plus; experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or manufacturing industries is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and enhance OT infrastructure, networks, and control system architectures according to project requirements.
• Administer OT system access, cybersecurity controls (Active Directory, patch management, antivirus, etc.).
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OT network devices (firewalls, switches, routers, OPC UA, Matrikon, Kepware).
• Implement, maintain, and validate backup/recovery solutions for OT environments (physical and virtual).
• Participate in cybersecurity risk assessments and ensure monitoring controls are effective.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OT, instrumentation, and control systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with OT Security, maintenance teams, vendors, and engineers to support projects and resolve OT issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and MOC requirements; drive continuous improvement.
