Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer for Intelligent Transport Systems development in Singapore. You will help ensure secure traffic operations by overseeing cybersecurity architecture and incident response for OT and IT systems across Land Transport System.

Key responsibilities include designing OT/IT security architectures, providing expert security consultancy, conducting risk assessments, and supporting governance and incident response efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in IT security; senior roles possible for suitable candidates.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on with security tools and technologies like SIEM, DLP, PAM, WAF.
• Experience in security architecture of cloud-native apps and OT systems.
• Knowledge on risks, controls, vulnerability assessment, and cyber best-practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop OT/IT security architectures aligned with business objectives and compliance.
• Provide security consultancy to project teams and management on complex challenges.
• Conduct security reviews and risk assessments for OT/IT systems with remediation guidance.
• Support security governance to ensure compliance with frameworks and standards.
• Evaluate new security technologies and recommend adoption as needed.
• Assist incident response and investigation efforts during cybersecurity events.
