Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer for Traffic Lights Management and Sensors. You will help secure OT and IT systems governing traffic and road infrastructure in Singapore, contributing to security architecture and incident response.

You will design security architectures, provide consultancy to project teams and management, and perform risk assessments with remediation guidance. The role emphasizes cloud-native and OT security expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in IT security.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, DLP, DAM, PAM, FIM, WAF.
• Experience in security architecture for cloud-native apps or OT systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, controls, vulnerability assessments, and forensics.
• Professional accreditations (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GICSP, GCIH) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop OT and IT security architectures aligned with objectives.
• Provide expert security consultancy to project teams and senior management.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and risk assessments with remediation recommendations.
• Assist in security governance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Evaluate emerging infrastructure and security technologies and advise adoption.
• Develop innovative approaches to address complex security challenges.
• Coordinate response and investigation during cybersecurity incidents.
