Job summary

ANOTECH Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the design, implementation, operation, and cybersecurity compliance of IT and OT networks for railway projects in Singapore.

The role requires applying Singapore's CCOP controls, ensuring that railway systems meet cybersecurity, availability, and regulatory requirements across the project lifecycle, with collaboration across regulators, operators, and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with CCOP controls.
Experience in railway or critical infrastructure environments.
Experience supporting audits/compliance/regulatory reviews.
Experience managing IT and OT networks is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and AD.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise and OT network infrastructure for railway systems.
Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and network security appliances.
Implement network segmentation, redundancy, and high-availability architectures.
Develop IP addressing schemes, VLAN structures, and secure connectivity solutions.
Support data center, server, virtualization, and cloud-based infrastructure where applicable.
Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and railway operators during assessments.
Prepare documentation and ensure handover with security clearances.
Monitor and maintain cybersecurity controls in line with CCOP requirements.
