Job summary

Google is seeking an OT cybersecurity architect for its data center engineering team in Singapore. You will define end-to-end security requirements for control systems, drive secure design, and collaborate with facilities technicians and software engineers to implement secure OT platforms.

You will embed robust cybersecurity practices, perform risk assessments, and help scale implementations across global data centers while ensuring compliance with standards and vendor ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering/science.
• 5 years in industrial control system architecture and integration with IT security.
• Experience generating technical specs, schematics, and architecture drawings.
• Prior work in mission-critical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope and requirements for OT cybersecurity solutions across design, testing, and deployment.
• Review new control system infrastructure and embed cybersecurity requirements.
• Act as a technical liaison across cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges.
• Oversee lifecycle management for cybersecurity solutions and OT components.
• Identify opportunities to mature OT security and reduce operational risk.
