Job summary

Google Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Data Center OT Cybersecurity Engineer to advance secure by design in hyperscale data centers in Singapore.

You will architect and implement protections for OT/ICS environments, from PLCs to SCADA, collaborating with facilities technicians and cross-functional teams. You will drive risk-based improvements, ensure compliance with industry standards, and evaluate threat visibility platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, and Dragos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in industrial control system architecture as it relates to standard protocols.
• 5 years of experience in industrial control system hardware and their integration with IT security layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope and technical requirements to drive end-to-end design and testing of secure OT cybersecurity solutions.
• Perform technical reviews of new control system infrastructure initiatives with cybersecurity requirements.
• Serve as a technical liaison across cross-functional teams to troubleshoot design and deployment challenges.
• Execute design sustaining and lifecycle management for cybersecurity solutions and OT components.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and security maturation across the OT environment.
