Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an OT cybersecurity leader to define and direct cybersecurity initiatives across global OT environments in Singapore and beyond. You will steer architecture, risk, and incident response for critical infrastructure, reporting to ExCom.

The role requires 8–12 years in cybersecurity with 5+ in OT/ICS/SCADA, plus leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems such as Siemens PCS 7 or ABB 800xA. It offers a challenging, multi-market remit and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in cybersecurity with 5+ focused on OT/ICS/SCADA.
• 3+ years in leadership roles leading cybersecurity teams.
• Experience with major ICS like Siemens PCS 7, ABB 800xA, Honeywell PKS.

Responsibilities

• Define and direct OT cybersecurity initiatives for global OT environments.
• Lead a team of OT cybersecurity engineers across markets.
• Own the OT cybersecurity roadmap and capability uplift.
• Improve end-to-end OT threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Report OT risk posture and metrics to ExCom and senior leadership.
