Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Medical Sales professional to drive orthopaedic device sales across a defined territory in Singapore. You will align with the SG commercial strategy, manage key accounts, and lead product launches, while mentoring junior sales staff and providing clinical support in operating rooms.

The role demands at least 3 years in medical sales, a life sciences or nursing degree, and strong relationship-building with surgeons and hospitals.

Qualifications

Degree in Life Sciences or Nursing.
3+ years of medical sales experience in orthopaedic devices/products.
Strong product and clinical knowledge; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

Align and execute SG commercial strategy within territory.
Achieve annual sales targets by managing and developing customers and converting prospects.
Create territory sales plan and monitor performance monthly/quarterly/annually.
Lead new product launches and ensure successful adoption in territory.
Provide supply requirements for new business wins and ongoing needs.
Support tenders and manage private hospital groups within defined territory.
Mentor Sales Representatives and provide clinical support to surgeons.
