Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical device sales, preferably Orthopaedics
• Experience in Joint Replacement, Robotics or related healthcare
• Knowledge of Joint Replacement products and workflows advantageous
• Ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder skills
• Growth mindset with results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with country business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
• Own the commercial performance of the assigned territory and product portfolio, including sales forecasting, revenue achievement, case support, and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and strategic accounts to support long-term business success.
• Drive strategic account planning by identifying growth opportunities, customer priorities, competitive threats, and market trends.
• Provide timely market intelligence, competitor insights, and data-driven recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
• Leverage forecasting, customer insights, and analytics to optimize inventory planning, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve business performance.
