Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience, preferably Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement, Robotics, or related healthcare.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and growth-minded with a results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with country objectives to drive growth.
• Own the commercial performance of the assigned territory and product portfolio, including forecasting and revenue achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders for long-term success.
• Drive strategic account planning by identifying growth opportunities and market trends.
• Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to support growth.
• Leverage forecasting and analytics to optimize inventory planning and mitigate risks.
• Ensure enquiries and payments are managed promptly per SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
