Job summary

The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) in Singapore seeks a seasoned HR professional to lead Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Learning strategies to strengthen leadership pipeline, workforce capability, culture and employee experience. The role also covers broader HR & Corporate Services activities at IBF.

Qualifications

Min 3 years of HR experience with strong exposure in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement or Learning & Development.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Comfortable with facilitation, presentation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Organisational Development & Talent Management initiatives including organisation design, workforce planning and culture-building efforts.
Develop and drive talent management frameworks, including talent identification, career pathways, progression, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
Partner management to identify talent gaps and propose targeted interventions.
Lead end-to-end employee engagement survey process and synthesize results into clear insights, risks and recommendations for management.
Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, morale and sense of belonging, and oversee organization-wide training and learning plans.
