Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership, organizational development, or workforce management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management abilities.
• Familiarity with public sector HR frameworks and organizational development practices.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and organisations.
• Skilled relationship-builder who fosters collaboration and trust.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for organisational development, talent management, and succession management.
• Oversee the implementation of employee engagement programs and monitoring of employee engagement metrics.
• Partner with leadership to identify organisational needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Education

Degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development

Behavioural psychology or related field

Proven HR leadership experience

Stakeholder engagement and change management

Strategic thinking and workforce development

Public sector HR familiarity

Relationship-building and collaboration
