Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support B2B orders and logistics activities in a hybrid setup at International Business Park, Jurong East.

The role involves managing O2C workflows, handling SAP-based order processing, and coordinating with logistics and global teams. Requires 3–5 years in logistics, shipping or supply chain, with SAP and export documentation experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge of logistics, shipping and order management.
• Experience with export documentation and trade paperwork.
• Experience handling Asia import shipments is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from order receipt through fulfilment.
• Process and manage customer orders using SAP.
• Provide sales and customer service support for designated countries.
• Coordinate with logistics teams and stakeholders on customer shipments.
• Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation for customers.
• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and order-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Handle and coordinate customer requests for product samples.
• Work with Trade Compliance / Foreign Trade teams on credit and trade documents.
• Liaise with Headquarters and other departments on credit, logistics and customer matters.
• Support other customer service and order management activities as required.
