Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced coordinator to process CERs and manage technical orders for customer projects in an international setting. You will monitor CER input, pricing, and quotes, create machine files and internal orders, and execute change orders with licenses using Option Manager.

Strong SAP and PLM knowledge plus MS Office familiarity are desired. The role requires several years of international, customer-oriented experience and a proactive

• Technical and methodological expertise.
• Good user knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Good knowledge of PLM (Oracle Agile).
• Good / very good technical understanding, good product knowledge.
• Very good knowledge of the company's internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the input, registration, forwarding and defined throughput time of CERs.
• Create the pricing for CERs based on specifications of the product line and answer the CER.
• Issue the CER quote and direct it within 24 hrs to the CER applicant.
• Create the machine files (internal order documentation) for IMOs, machine and module orders.
• Execute Change Orders and Create software licenses using the internal tool ''Option Manager''.
• Handle IMOs according to the defined process.
• Lead customer projects; act as deputy within the department.

Job description

Processing of Customer Engineering Requests (CERs)

Monitors the input, registration, forwarding and defined throughput time of CER'sCreates the pricing for CER's based on specifications of the product line and answers the CER

Issues the CER quote and directs it within 24 hrs of receiving the information to the CER applicant

Performs for CER's relevant statistics and analysis

Technical coordination of customer orders

Creates the machine files (internal order documentation) for IMO's (InternalMachineOrders), machine and module orders

Execution of Change Orders
Creates the necessary software licenses using the internal software tool "Option Manager" in accordance with customer orders

General

Handling of IMOs according to the defined process

Lead customer projects

Deputy role within the department

Education

Diploma in engineering Commercial education advantageous
