Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in ERP systems and confirm orders with delivery timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or other channels and provide order status updates.
• Improve service performance by ensuring data accuracy and timely customer interactions.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and planning teams to support fulfillment and delivery documentation.
• Support invoicing accuracy and dispute resolution to minimize order-to-cash delays.
