Job summary

Leica Geosystems, a part of Hexagon AB, is seeking a Customer Support Executive in Singapore to support post-sales activities, order processing, and delivery coordination for the Singapore Selling Unit.

You will act as the main liaison between sales, service, and customers, handling inquiries, managing inventories and events, and ensuring accurate SAP/CRM reporting. Diploma holders with 3–5 years in customer service are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders with 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience organizing trainings, events, and meetings helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between sales team and customers to ensure smooth daily operations (SAP SO processing).
• Process customer orders and transactions efficiently and timely.
• Respond to inquiries with professional support and liaise with Finance for accounts.
