Job summary

World Partners Solution Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations leader in Singapore to oversee service delivery governance, SLA management and monthly reporting. You will drive improvements across OCI services and on‑premises components, ensuring high availability and trusted performance.

The role requires hands‑on experience with OCI, databases, and enterprise systems, plus strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 8–12 years IT infrastructure, cloud operations or managed services experience.
• Minimum 5 years of service delivery management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing OCI and enterprise database environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and customer management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery governance, SLA management, customer engagement, monthly reporting and continual service improvement.
• Oversee OCI services including VCN, Subnets, VNICs, Security Lists, Route Tables, Compute Instances, Storage, WAF, Email Delivery and IAM services.
• Manage server operations, OS patching, troubleshooting, backup restoration and infrastructure availability.
• Oversee Oracle DBCS, ATP, MySQL HeatWave and MSSQL database services including monitoring, patching, backup and recovery testing.
• Lead Incident, Problem and Change Management processes and major incident resolution activities.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation, security audits, privileged access reviews and compliance initiatives.
• Manage disaster recovery planning, testing, documentation and service restoration activities.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with application teams, vendors and third-party providers for maintenance, patching and upgrades.

Environment Scope

OCI Compute Virtual Machines: 51 (31Production, 15 UAT, 5 Development).

Database Estate: 15 Databases (12 DBCS and3 ATP).

Support coverage includes Academic, LMS,Administrative and ACAD12 systems with extensive batch processing workloads.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 8-12 years of ITInfrastructure, Cloud Operations or Managed Services experience.
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceDelivery Management experience.
• Hands-on experience managingOCI and enterprise database environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor andcustomer management capabilities.
