Job summary

INTELLECT MINDS PTE. LTD. seeks a Principal Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to lead OCI design, deployment, automation, and management for enterprise environments. You will own networking, security, and OC@C deployments, while shaping disaster recovery and compliance programs.

The role requires extensive OCI expertise, Kubernetes, IaC automation, and experience with AI/GPU infrastructure to enable mission-critical projects for government and regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration and architecture in enterprise settings.

• Strong networking, IAM, routing, security lists, firewalls and cloud security best practices.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Principal Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, automation, and management of enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including sovereign cloud and Cloud@Customer platforms. The candidate will play a critical role in cloud transformation, infrastructure automation, AI/GPU platform enablement, disaster recovery planning, and secure cloud operations for mission-critical enterprise and government environments.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration and architecture.

Deep expertise in OCI networking, VCN design, IAM, routing, security lists, firewalls, and cloud security best practices.

Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud@Customer (OC@C) infrastructure deployment and support.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Exadata, ZFS Storage Appliance, Oracle Linux, OVS, and KVM virtualization technologies.

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and OCI Resource Manager.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OKE, Docker, Podman, and container orchestration platforms.

Experience managing AI/GPU infrastructure and OCI Generative AI services.

Strong understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, and sovereign cloud compliance requirements.

Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management tools such as Grafana, Oracle EM/OEM, Jira, and ITSM platforms.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native infrastructure operations.

Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

OCI Professional or Architect certifications preferred.

Experience supporting banking, financial services, government, or highly regulated enterprise environments.

Exposure to sovereign cloud architecture, security, and compliance frameworks.

Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation or infrastructure modernization projects.

Experience Required

8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or OCI-related roles.

Proven experience handling large-scale enterprise or mission-critical cloud environments.
