Job summary

Oracle Corporation Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support upgrades and integration projects for Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). You will implement lifecycle management, RBAC and user provisioning, and work with IT teams to define IAM security policies.

The role involves upgrading OIM to OIG, integrating LDAP/AD and cloud apps, and ensuring compliance with SOX and GDPR through robust IAM controls and testing.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java, SQL, WebLogic, SOA and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience implementing and customizing Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
• Experience integrating LDAP, Active Directory and cloud applications.
• Experience with Oracle IAM upgrades, patching, migration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting OIM 12c to OIG 14c upgrade activities is required.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC and privilege management.
• Ability to work with business and IT teams to define IAM security policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the upgrade of OIM 12c to OIG 14c including assessment, planning and execution.
• Develop and customize OIG components such as connectors, event handlers, workflows and SOA composites.
• Integrate OIG with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms and third-party applications.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, RBAC and user provisioning.
• Troubleshoot OIG performance, security and integration issues.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define IAM security policies and best practices.
• Perform upgrades, patching and migration of Oracle IAM components.
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR).
