Job summary

FLARE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Oracle GTM functional expert to bridge business requirements with Oracle GTM capabilities.

You will lead end-to-end GTM implementations, drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing and deployment across complex landscapes. You will configure GTM processes including trade compliance screening, RPS/RPLS, licence management, and declaration management, while coordinating integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud and other Oracle applications.

Qualifications

Experience leading end-to-end GTM implementations for Oracle GTM in complex landscapes.
Deep understanding of GTM business processes and global trade compliance operations.
Proven ability to configure and optimise GTM processes including RPS/RPLS and licence management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end GTM implementations from requirement gathering to deployment.
Define and validate integration strategies between GTM/OTM and other Oracle Cloud apps.
Conduct workshops, manage UAT, and provide post-go-live support.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and regression testing.
Bridge business requirements with Oracle GTM capabilities and ensure compliance.
