Job summary

FLARE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled Oracle GTM functional expert to bridge business requirements with Oracle GTM capabilities.

You will lead end-to-end GTM implementations, drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing and deployment across complex landscapes. You will configure GTM processes including trade compliance screening, RPS/RPLS, licence management, and declaration management, while coordinating integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud and other Oracle applications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end GTM implementations for Oracle GTM in complex landscapes.
• Deep understanding of GTM business processes and global trade compliance operations.
• Proven ability to configure and optimise GTM processes including RPS/RPLS and licence management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM implementations from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Define and validate integration strategies between GTM/OTM and other Oracle Cloud apps.
• Conduct workshops, manage UAT, and provide post-go-live support.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and regression testing.
• Bridge business requirements with Oracle GTM capabilities and ensure compliance.

Functional Expertise

• Act as a functional expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and Oracle Cloud's advanced logistics capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and optimise Oracle GTM processes, including trade compliance screening, Restricted Party Screening (RPS/RPLS), licence management, customs compliance, and declaration management.
• Define and validate integration strategies between Oracle OTM/GTM and other Oracle Cloud applications, such as Inventory Management and Order Management.
• Conduct business workshops, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and perform regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Demonstrate strong domain expertise in global trade compliance, international shipping regulations, and multimodal transportation.

Oracle GTM Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end GTM business processes and global trade compliance operations.
• Expertise in:
• Restricted Party Screening (RPS/RPLS)
• Product Classification (HTS, HS, ECCN, Schedule B)
• Licence Determination and Management
• Trade Agreement Qualification

• Strong understanding of GTM master data, including Parties, Contacts, Items, Trade Transactions, Licences, and Declarations.

• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound transmissions, transmission troubleshooting, and reprocessing strategies.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functional knowledge.
• Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Order Management and Shipping Execution knowledge.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
