Job summary

Flare Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Functional GTM Expert to bridge business requirements with Oracle GTM and OTM capabilities. You will lead end-to-end implementations, from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis to design, testing, and deployment.

You will configure and optimize GTM processes such as trade compliance screening, RPS/RPLS, licence management, and declaration management, define integration strategies with ERP/cloud apps, and run workshops and UAT to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Must have deep Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) knowledge and hands-on GTM experience.
Experience defining end-to-end GTM business processes and global trade compliance operations.
Proven ability to configure trade content and master data (Parties, Items, Licences).
Experience in RPS/RPLS, licence determination, and declaration management.
Ability to lead workshops, UAT, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end GTM implementations from requirements to deployment.
Configure GTM processes including screening, licence management, and customs compliance.
Define integration strategies between GTM/OTM and ERP/cloud apps.
Conduct workshops, manage UAT, and provide post-go-live support.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and regression testing.
Demonstrate domain expertise in international shipping regulations and multimodal transport.
