Job summary

Flare Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Functional GTM Expert to bridge business requirements with Oracle GTM and OTM capabilities. You will lead end-to-end implementations, from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis to design, testing, and deployment.

You will configure and optimize GTM processes such as trade compliance screening, RPS/RPLS, licence management, and declaration management, define integration strategies with ERP/cloud apps, and run workshops and UAT to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Must have deep Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) knowledge and hands-on GTM experience.
• Experience defining end-to-end GTM business processes and global trade compliance operations.
• Proven ability to configure trade content and master data (Parties, Items, Licences).
• Experience in RPS/RPLS, licence determination, and declaration management.
• Ability to lead workshops, UAT, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

• Act as a functional expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and Oracle Cloud's advanced logistics capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and optimise Oracle GTM processes, including trade compliance screening, Restricted Party Screening (RPS/RPLS), licence management, customs compliance, and declaration management.
• Define and validate integration strategies between Oracle OTM/GTM and other Oracle Cloud applications, such as Inventory Management and Order Management.
• Conduct business workshops, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and perform regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Demonstrate strong domain expertise in global trade compliance, international shipping regulations, and multimodal transportation.

Oracle GTM Functional Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end GTM business processes and global trade compliance operations.
