Job summary

DNA INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Oracle Fusion SCM specialist to lead configurations for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management and Inventory Management, driving seamless end-to-end O2C processes across manufacturing and shipping touchpoints.

You will work with business users to map requirements, document functional designs, CRP/SIT/UAT, and support production deployments while coordinating with Oracle teams and data interfaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C and order fulfillment processes.
• Understanding of inventory org structures and transactions.
• Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation.
• Knowledge of integration between Order Management, Inventory and Shipping.
• Ability to configure, test and independently resolve functional issues.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to capture requirements for Order Management, Inventory and Manufacturing.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud OM and Inventory modules.
• Oversee end-to-end O2C processes from order creation to shipping.
• Define and document configurations, CRP, SIT/UAT and production deployments.
• Prepare functional design, configuration docs and user guides.
• Coordinate with Oracle teams and resolve data conversion/interfaces needs.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business users to understand requirements related to Order Management, Inventory and Manufacturing processes .

Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management and Inventory Management modules.

Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business flows from sales order creation through fulfillment and shipping.

Configure and support:

• Sales order creation and processing
• Order orchestration and fulfillment flows
• Order holds and cancellations
• Order revisions and amendments
• Pricing/interface dependencies
• Shipping and fulfillment processes
• Returns / RMA processes

Strong understanding of Oracle Inventory Management , including:

• Inventory organizations and subinventories
• Locators
• Item transactions
• Inter-organization transfers
• Miscellaneous receipts/issues
• Movement requests
• Cycle counting and physical inventory
• Inventory reservations
• Material status and transaction controls

Understand integration between Order Management, Inventory and Shipping .

Should have exposure to Oracle Manufacturing processes such as:

• Manufacturing organizations
• Work definitions
• Work orders
• Work centers and resources
• Material issue and consumption
• Work order execution
• Production completion
• Manufacturing transactions

Understand the integration touchpoints between Manufacturing, Inventory and Order Management .

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT and production deployment.

Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios and user documentation.

Analyze production issues and work with technical/integration teams for resolution.

Support data conversion, interfaces and reporting requirements from a functional perspective.

Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional Oracle teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM) .
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management .
• Good understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash / Order Fulfillment processes.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory transactions and inventory organization structures .
• Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation or rollout .
• Good understanding of integration between OM, Inventory and Shipping .
• Ability to independently handle configuration, testing and functional issue resolution.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Manufacturing .
• Understanding of Manufacturing work definitions, work orders and work execution .
• Knowledge of integration with Procurement, Cost Management, Planning or Product Management .
• Experience working with integrations, FBDI/data migration and Oracle reporting.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification would be an added advantage.
