Job summary

Marc Software Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant specializing in PR/PO to drive end-to-end implementations across regional operations. You will design, configure, and optimize procurement solutions, coordinate with stakeholders across countries, and support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

Mandarin and English fluency preferred; 12+ years PM experience with Oracle ERP, and hands-on leadership of multiple Oracle Fusion ERP/ EPM Cloud

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency preferred for regional client communication.
• 12+ years of project management experience focused on Oracle ERP implementations.
• Hands-on leadership of at least two Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM Cloud end-to-end projects in the last 5 years.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ProcurementConsultant with strong expertise in Purchase Requisition (PR) and PurchaseOrder (PO) modules.

The candidate should have played a key role in implementation andenhancement activities, supporting procurement processes across regionaloperations. They will be assigned similar roles in this assignment:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Procurement (PR/PO).
• Design, configure, and enhance solutions within the PR/PO modules.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for procurement processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Singapore and different countries to gather and refine requirements.
• Deliver functional solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Support system testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin along with English will be preferred since it involves dealing with customers from Hongkong, China, Taiwan region.

Minimum of 12 years of overall project management experience with a focus on Oracle ERP implementations.

Hands-on experience in leading at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM Cloud implementations or large transformations on Oracle SaaS Cloud within the last 5 years.

Proven ability to manage customer C-level teams, management stakeholders, and project teams.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to effectively manage project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
