Job summary

Specialized Bicycles in Singapore seeks a Sr Business Systems Analyst - Finance to partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Audit, and Technology teams, defining solutions for Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance. You will lead requirements gathering, process design, and delivery from discovery to deployment.

The role requires 8+ years in finance-focused BSAs, strong Oracle EBS and Fusion expertise, data analysis skills, and experience with FP&A and multi-country finance operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Finance systems.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Proven experience leading projects from design through deployment and support.
• Ability to perform data analysis and write SQL queries.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with global Finance organizations and multi-country operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the techno-functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, and solution recommendations.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, test plans, and training materials.
• Drive projects from discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment through post-production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage enhancement requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Desire to learn new systems and research new functionality independently
