Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience handling large datasets, ideally in payments, fintech, or a fast-moving industry.
• Strong SQL and Python skills are essential.
• Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, plus strong Excel skills.
• AI-native and AI-savvy, with hands-on experience using AI tools to automate analyses, accelerate data exploration, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ability to explain complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with transaction-heavy or e-payment environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design dashboards that track merchant activity, product usage, and revenue performance.
• Explore transaction data to spot trends, patterns, and risks, then translate into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance and service usage for stakeholders.
• Apply AI and automation tools to streamline recurring analytical work, including data extraction, cleaning, and reporting.
• Identify manual workflows across Finance, Operations, and Merchant Support, and redesign them using AI tools and automation.
• Work with Data Engineers to build predictive models supporting merchant retention and fraud prevention.
• Streamline data flow and reporting pipelines across platforms.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Design dashboards that track merchant activity, product usage, and revenue performance in a clear, practical way.
• Explore transaction data to spot trends, patterns, and risks, then translate them into useful recommendations for the business.
